LIGHTEN UP is a 3 hour interactive workshop
focused on centering and grounding without the use of boardrooms,
screens, power point, or pens.
Participants enjoy a holistic synergy of wellness in the workplace.
Our mission is to create whole wellness in the work place by
educating staff and workers.
Stress Management, Nutrition, Emotional and Mental wellness plus
space clearing are key components addressed in this workshop. The
program is facilitated by two health care professional, a practicing
Reflexologist, and Nutritionist, who both have been working in the
corporate field for many years.
LIGHTEN UP can be presented right at your corporate
location or as part of an out bound program. It also serves well as
a Spousal Program, or a Team Building experience.
Get rid of sluggishness after a coffee break, participate and create
healthy smoothie pick me up's for morning and afternoon right in
your office. Have energy for the whole day that keeps on going!
Learn to cleanse safely inside and out, making your own energy self
healing.
Reflexology addresses self stress management, where participants
learn some hands on technique.
Many workers hands suffer from wear and tear from computer work and
repetitive tasks. Hand maintenance exercises are very effective when
used on going. Correct imbalances influenced by environment. We will
introduce space clearing, how to getting rid of clutter and make
room for success.
